Established 50 years ago Norwood Aquarium have built a reputation as one of the most reliable and service-orientated wholesalers of aquatic products in the UK.

During this time their existing software has evolved to perfectly match their operating practices and ensure 'total-service' to their customers. With the dawning of a new technological era Norwood asked us to create a warehouse and distribution system that incorporated the best features of their existing set up but also positioned them for a marketplace increasingly influenced by the Internet.

Epicor provide ERP software and infrastructure to large international companies. Their UK, Europe and Africa marketing teams came to us mid-way through a campaign that was not delivering the results they expected.

They asked us to supply a system for tracking their advertising streams and lead creation for each of their territories so they could identify where the strengths and weaknesses were. Our solution was to

  • Generate mutli-template driven microsites for each language and region
  • Each microsite fed leads into our sales and marketing system
  • Leads were automatically distributed to their territory agents and representatives

This rapid solution enabled Epicor to quickly adjust their advertising campaigns and media buying and maximise their sales enquiries.
